		<description>I can only imagine the language that will be used by auction winners in the 700mhz block if they are told they have to wait another 6months after having litterly dropped billions into the licenses and billions more into new equipment to use the spectrum. I smell massive lawsuit costing the fed a whole lot more then just putting more money into the converter box fund. Given i don&#039;t like how the whole 700mhz thing has been handled from the get go.</description>
