That has already been posted, and as was repeated before the bond repayment does not start until June 2010.

The UTA should have retracted this from their page. If a legitimate news organization where to print something like that report they would be required to print a retraction.

That goes for Rep. Craig Frank as well. I expect better from someone in his position.
