Nice work Jesse! You did a much better job than we did with our YouTube video. You covered all the key points and made a compelling case for Google investment.
So how do you get your video on Google’s radar?
If you haven’t yet submitted an RFI, link to the video in your proposal. If a lot of people link to it, that will probably get some more attention. It also can’t hurt to spread it around on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. to get as much visibility as possible. The more views, the better.
Great. So when do we get it
Or actually when do they announce their decision. Wasn’t it today when they decide?
Today is the deadline for submissions and nominations. I’m sure that it’ll be weeks or months before they announce a final decision.
This “pitch” to google was by far the best of the two I viewed. Well thought out and articulated. Centerville and West Valley should have contracted Jesse to produce their video pitches.
