Somehow i missed this as part of the city council agenda before the fact, but apparently Payson elected a new UTOPIA board member at the Aug 6th meeting. I’m not certin of that, as all I have is the agenda; on the other hand, with your sources you might be able to find out (or already know) more.
I’d be more impressed if their rep actually bothered to show up to meetings with any regularity.
